Amber J. Reynolds, MSOM, DOM, LAc
Amber pursued premedical studies at the University of North Texas, Denton, TX before embarking on the study of Chinese Medicine. She received her Masters of Science in Oriental Medicine from Southwest Acupuncture College, Santa Fe, NM in 2006. Amber continued her passion for Integrative Medicine with an adjunct Naturopathic Degree from Trinity College of Natural Health. An interest in Oncology took her down to Tijuana, Mexico to with Cancer patients seeking Naturopathic and CAM therapies. The experience further fueled her desire to work with Oncology teams who were passionate about combining Integrative and Allopathic Medicine.
An internship in the Christus Saint Vincent RMC Wound Care Clinic lead to seven years of practicing alongside the Christus Oncology and Palliative Care Group, as well as Herbal Master Eric Raymond Buckley. Amber lead the Externship Clinic at Christus for Southwest Acupuncture College students, spreading her passion and knowledge for Integrative Oncology in a hospital setting.
After the birth of her son in 2015, Amber decided to switch gears, studying Women’s Health and Fertility according to the American Board of Oriental Reproductive Medicine. She hopes to sit for the ABORM Certification within the next year.
Amber worked with Pin and Tonic Community Acupuncture Clinic and Fusion Chiropractic Wellness in Denver, Colorado, gaining immense experience with women who were at various stages of the fertility journey. The successes while practicing in Denver inspired Amber to start her own practice dedicated to the health of mothers and their partners. She expanded her education and the ability to support families in Addison, Texas, alongside Cori Lively, LM, CPM, and her birthing team at Barefoot Midwifery.
After a year in the North Texas area, Amber has relocated to serve families in Colorado.
